Black Angus Meat Marinade
For those of you who remember the Black Angus Steak House, this marinade is very similar to what they used on their grilled chicken. It rocks. I think it's versatile enough to use on any meat: poultry, beef or pork.
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/ 4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons garlic powder*
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wine vinegar and fresh lemon juice. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper and parsley. The longer you marinate what you're grilling, the more flavor it will have.
*This is a great basic marinade. To change it up, simply substitute your favorite spice blend for the garlic powder; Montreal poultry seasoning, lemon pepper, beau monde, Cajun rub, etc.
