Cauliflower Buffalo Dip
6 oz room temp cream cheese
1 cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
1 cup Frank's hot sauce or Sweet Baby Ray's Wing Sauce
2 Tbs dry ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, italian blend)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
1/4 cup sliced green onion (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Microwave cauliflower, per the bag's instructions, minus one minute.
- Add the cauliflower to your food processor, then add cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and ranch mix. Pulse to blend.
- Add cheese and pulse a few times to mix.
- Stir in blue cheese and green onions, if using.
- Transfer to a baking dish, bake for 25-30 minutes until heated thru.
- Serve with celery, cukes, peppers, or pita/tortilla chips. Or, use as a spread for sandwiches/wraps.
